What kind of winch does the Go trailer use to raise the pod?
The Go trailer uses a Dutton Lainson Co. DLB1200A Brake Winch. Brake winches are unique in that when the cranking stops, the load stops and stays secure without any action by the operator. When lowering the load, the crank handle allows the load to lower at the same speed as the crank handle. Watch the video below to get a better idea of the working parts of the DLB1200A Brake Winch.
