What if I want to cancel my order, exchange an item or request a refund?

RETURNS At SylvanSport, our passion is making the best products to help you enjoy the wonderful outdoors. If your SylvanSport towable or gear isn’t working for you, let’s see what we can do to help.

RETURNS

 SylvanSport will honor returns for gear orders placed directly through SylvanSport (excluding Camping Trailers and items noted as “final sale” or items received as a gifting promotion) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original product packaging (including tags), and any safety seals unbroken.

 

Original order shipping charges will not be refunded.

The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at SylvanSport. We recommend that you provide a tracking number to us for reference.

If the item appears to be defective or damaged, please visit our warranty page.

 RETURN PROCESS
 Fill out the Return Request form
  1. Write your Return Authorization number this will be RMA-order# with a permanent marker on the outside of the box.
  2. Send your return to:

Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number. 

 GEAR EXCHANGES
 If you need a different size, color, or gear product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds within 7-14 days upon receipt of your return. Placing a new order before receiving your refund ensures that you will get your new item quickly, while the item is still in stock.

The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 REFUNDS
 Once your refund is approved by SylvanSport you will see your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging including tags, they will be returned to you with no refund issued.
 

Cancellations

We understand that life situations change and SylvanSport offers options to embrace those changes.

Should you wish to cancel, defer, or consider other options once your deposit is made or order is placed, you can consider the following:

 Finance Your SylvanSport: If affordability is a concern, have you thought about our financing options? 
  • Quick and simple approval process
  • Competitive rates
  • Finance your delivery costs
  • Terms up to 12 years

 Postpone Your SylvanSport: Rather than letting go of your dream, we invite you to move your deposit to a later date. There are several benefits to postponing, including locking in the purchase price.
 
Cancel Your SylvanSport

Should you choose to cancel your order within 7 days of deposit, your deposit becomes a store credit.

Should you choose to cancel your order after 7 days of your deposit, you will not be eligible for a refund or store credit from your deposit.

There are a couple of benefits you will miss:

  • Your Production/ Completion Date will be cancelled
  • Lose your deposit (if after 7 days from the order) and trailer purchase

If you are unhappy with your trailer for quality reasons once you receive your trailer we will work with you to rectify any problem.

Any customer concerns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the goal of creating a happy customer who enjoys their new SylvanSport gear or camper.
