What if I want to exchange or request a refund?

RETURNS At SylvanSport, our passion is making the best products to help you enjoy the wonderful outdoors. If your SylvanSport towable or gear isn’t working for you, let’s see what we can do to help.

RETURNS

 SylvanSport will honor returns for orders placed directly through SylvanSport (excluding items noted as “final sale” or items received as a gifting promotion) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in brand new unused condition, with all original product packaging (including tags), and any safety seals unbroken.

Original order shipping charges will not be refunded.

The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Gift returns will be refunded to the original purchaser. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are not responsible for your return until it is received at SylvanSport. We recommend that you provide a tracking number to us for reference.

If the item appears to be defective or damaged, please visit our warranty page.

 RETURN PROCESS
 Fill out the Return Request form
  1. Write your Return Authorization number this will be RMA-order# with a permanent marker on the outside of the box.
  2. Send your return to:

Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number. 

 
EXCHANGS
 If you need a different size, color, or product, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds within 1-2 weeks upon receipt of your return. Placing a new order before receiving your refund ensures that you will get your new item quickly, while the item is still in stock.

The cost of any return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

 
REFUNDS
 You will see your refund within 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return. If items are not returned in new, unused condition with all original product packaging including tags, they will be returned to you with no refund.
 
 CANCELLATION POLICIES

We understand circumstances can change and for whatever reason, you may need to cancel your GO™ order. The following is our fee schedule for GO™ order cancellations. These fees apply to deposits and orders paid in full.

  • 100% refund – Cancellations within 7 days of order
  • $500 fee – Cancellations before or at the time you are contacted to schedule your pick-up or delivery (typically 30-45 days before trailer readiness)
  • $1,500 fee – Cancellations within 2 weeks of your scheduled pick-up/delivery date

GO EASY™ kayak trailer & LOFT™ rooftop tent

We understand circumstances can change and for whatever reason, you may need to cancel your GO EASY™ or LOFT™ order. The following is our fee schedule for GO order cancellations. These fees apply to deposits and orders paid in full.

  • 100% refund – Cancellations within 7 days of order, or before your orders ships or is picked up, whichever comes first.
  • $150 fee – Cancellations more than 7 days from time of order, but before the time your pickup date is scheduled or your order is scheduled to ship.
  • $500 fee – Cancellations after your scheduled pick-up date has been confirmed or your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for return shipping of intact products in new condition.
