This article explains what to do if the pod lowers in the front but not in the rear.
Occasionally, and usually when the winch cable has been overtightened, the lift tubes can become stuck together in the up position. If you are lowering the pod and it descends in the front but not in the back (or vice versa), stop lowering, take note of the lift tubes that aren't dropping, and raise the pod to just before the full up position. Tap the corresponding rack feet with a soft mallet to pop loose the stuck lift tube sets. This usually only happens on newer trailers whose lift tube sets aren't yet worn together. If the issue of having lift tubes stuck together in the up position persists, contact SylvanSport Customer Service.
Be sure to put a stabilizer jack down to prevent tipping the trailer when you stand on the deck.
