What to do if my Go Easy is delivered with damages?

Congratulations, your GO EASY trailer was shipped!
  • With the driver still present, fully inspect and open the package and refuse it if you notice any damage to the Trailer or the Tongue.
  • If it appears that the trailer is damaged, return the unit back to us (without assembling or using the trailer).
If the scenario above happens, refuse the delivery. SylvanSport cannot address any shipping damages to the trailer once it has been received.
  • Call or email SylvanSport, take pictures of the shipment and note any damages on the driver’s BOL
  • The return back to us so we can assist  in getting you  a new or repaired unit to you is also free
As per our previous communication, we had advised customers to refuse delivery if they encounter any shipping damages to the trailer. This allows us to address the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution. However, we understand that you accepted the delivery despite the warning, and we apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that may have occurred.
In order to assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the following information:
  1. Please call or email SylvanSport as soon as possible to notify us of the damage. This will allow us to begin the necessary processes to address the issue.
  2. Additionally, please take pictures of the shipment, clearly capturing the damages, and make a note of the damages on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL). This documentation will be crucial in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.
  3. Please provide us with the details of the damages, including a description and any relevant information that will assist us in understanding the extent of the issue.
Once we have received the necessary information, we will work diligently to resolve the situation.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your cooperation in providing the required details. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you.
