How to Return Items Purchased from SylvanSport: Steps and Guidelines

Return Eligibility
SylvanSport honors returns for items purchased directly through their platform, with the following conditions:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in brand new, unused condition.
- All original product packaging, including tags and safety seals, must remain intact.
- Items marked as “final sale” or received as part of a gifting promotion are not eligible for return.
