If your purchase date is within the warranty period we will need you to submit a warranty claim form in order to repair or replace your item.

The warranty form requests information such as contact information, proof of purchase (warranties are accepted up to 1 year from purchase date), and we do ask that you describe the problem with your gear and include photos if possible.
Once your claim has been submitted, one of our customer service specialists will respond via email within 24-48 hours (during regular business days).
