This article addresses the issue of your cloud layer mattress losing air.

Once the mattress is inflated.  Be sure that both of the gray caps that are attached to the mattress are secured tight.  There is a rubber gasket on the outside of the gray cap that locks the air in when tightened.   If done properly air should not escape and you will enjoy a good night's sleep.
